Lead and manage business transformation programs and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their key priorities, shape the transformation roadmap, and lead the Innovation agenda. Provide structure to client problems and problem solving; conceptualize, develop and implement standard methods, tools, and approaches. Advise clients on IT strategy and roadmap development, application portfolio rationalization, cost optimization, IT simplification strategies, and benchmarking studies. Develop and implement strategies to drive business process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve cost savings. Collaborate with all levels of management; document existing processes, analyze data, and recommend business process enhancements. Develop and monitor scorecards and other tools to measure success of process improvement initiatives. Profile: 5 to 10 years of experience on Digital Transformation / Process Consulting / Business Consulting. Master’s degree in business administration from Tier I institutes. Extensive experience in BFSI consulting, process reengineering, and digital transformation. Experience/knowledge of any two to three domains (e.g., Corporate Banking, Cards and Payments, Credits and Lending, Wealth Management, Insurance, Corporate finance, Trade Finance, Treasury). Proven experience with Artificial Intelligence technologies across projects/initiatives/product development delivering measurable business outcomes. Good experience working in SDLC and Agile program management methods. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
