Copilot Health is building an operating system for medical AI agents enabling at-home diagnostics with computer vision and voice AI. Remote-first (San Francisco preferred), lean team (~5), high ownership, HIPAA-compliant (SOC 2 in process). Roles include AI Platform Engineer (scale vision-language models, voice AI, 3D/hyperspectral pipelines, multi-agent systems, FHIR integrations), ML Engineer (fine-tune VLMs for medical VQA/RAD, detection, captioning, optimize on-device), Front-End Engineer (React UIs with voice and diagnostic visualization), Mobile Engineer (native iOS Swift/SwiftUI apps for voice, camera capture, conversational workflows), and open application for unconventional talent.
