OptTek Systems is seeking a Senior Scientific Analyst/Developer to support a Missile Defense Agency customer, working primarily onsite in Colorado Springs, CO (3-4 days per week) and requiring US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance. Responsibilities include developing algorithms, models, optimization, simulation, and software solutions for mathematical, statistical, and AI/ML problems; working independently and in small teams; designing and validating robust algorithms; and interacting with customers to identify opportunities. Requires an M.S. or Ph.D. in a technical field and experience in algorithm and model development.
