Looking for experienced engineers to build and scale infrastructure and data platforms for a Berlin asset management fund. Bet big on AI to drive investment returns and build best-in-class infrastructure. Responsibilities include designing large-scale data pipelines, evolving lakehouse architecture, strengthening data quality and observability, and building infrastructure for AI/LLM workflows (agentic scaffolding, RAG, LLMOps, AI for engineering). Seeking a hands-on technical leader to steer initiatives end-to-end while staying deep in implementation. Team is ~40 with flat hierarchy and fast-paced decisions in a regulated financial institution.
