At its' simplest, Arrive is software sitting people who have things to ship and the people that can ship it. Quickly growing and major hiring sprees. Recession/COVID hasn't impacted us. $2B revenue and thousands of shipments a day. You'd join a small special projects team that works on... you guessed it - special projects. We solve the tough problems and high value missions that push forward our business AND engineering org. You can think of us as the startup team of the bigger company working outside the red tape. We work in React/Node/Express with a healthy dose of Typescript, PSQL and Azure. Ideal person is 2-4 years for mid and 6 months to 2 years for associate. We are open to you if you are new to the industry with less than 6. Knowing Javascript is more important than the frameworks and tools. You'll need to be ready to jump into the deep end right away. Full stack position but we're happy to teach if you're newer to one side or the other. You'll take on the hard stuff, grow your career, and have the mentoring & coaching support you.
