A small company with two decades of success building custom incentive & loyalty programs, we create cool and meaningful programs, all within a friendly and collaborative environment. As Principal Engineer, you will help shape the suite of products we offer and have a significant impact on the roadmap of the company. We’re Looking for Someone Who: - Is widely exposed to tools and frameworks with the ability to quickly learn and evaluate new technologies - Has progressive experience in software development - Is experienced examining complex functional requirements, seeing what needs to be built, and leading a team to accomplish that goal - Has demonstrated an ability to lead well and develop others
