Layer Health (founded 2023 by ML researchers from MIT and Harvard Medical School) is a startup (~37 employees and growing) building an LLM-powered platform that synthesizes patient medical records to accelerate clinical registry abstraction. Locations: Boston (Boston Common) or NYC (downtown) — hybrid in both locations; NO REMOTE. Stack includes React, Typescript, Python, GCP. Open roles (all require a minimum of 6 years of work experience): ML Infrastructure (Staff+), Data Infrastructure Lead, ML Engineer, ML/Research Scientist (PhDs), Security Engineer.
