Worker wellbeing and compliance platform used by global buyers and their supply chain sites across Asia. Joining during a meaningful migration and platform buildout where architectural decisions matter. Responsibilities include building/maintaining production APIs, working with React/Next.js for web and Expo/React Native for mobile, understanding and supporting data pipelines (dbt experience a plus; SQL fluency required), and having enough AWS/Azure cloud experience to not be blocked. Not a greenfield startup; real product, real users, technical debt, and migration in progress.
