Fanvue

Hands-on role to experiment with and roll out AI-assisted developer tooling to increase engineering velocity and quality. Responsibilities include defining and deploying an AI-assisted dev stack across IDEs, PR workflows and CI; building MCP servers and AI-ready infrastructure for context-aware code generation; enabling parallelized workflows, agent skills and AI-assisted reviews; establishing safe, consistent best practices for AI-assisted coding; tracking and reporting measurable impact; and evaluating emerging tools against clear success criteria. Requires strong software engineering background with TypeScript, practical experience with AI coding tools and MCP servers, solid LLM fundamentals (RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning), and familiarity with GitHub workflows and CI/CD. Remote-first with London-based preference (GMT-5 to GMT+5).
