We help customers identify experience gaps and take action to close them. An experience gap is the difference between the expected and actual user experience. Day in the Life at Qualtrics Seattle: The Digital Experience team mission is to facilitate engagement with online users, in order to improve their experience. We are working on very interesting problems, both from a product and technical standpoint.
