Responsibilities
- Improve and grow the product

Description
DearHiringManager.io is an early-stage SaaS product that helps job seekers find the real decision-maker behind a job opening. A user pastes a job post URL, and the system identifies the likely future manager or team lead, plus their work email and LinkedIn profile. We are looking for a full-stack developer to help us improve and grow the product. You will work on: - The web app - Job post parsing and company data - Logic for identifying likely decision-makers - Contact enrichment API integrations - AI prompts and structured outputs - User flows, credits, payments, saved results, and reliability Stack/experience: - JavaScript or TypeScript - React, Next.js, or similar - Backend APIs and databases - Third-party API integrations - SaaS basics: auth, payments, limits - Nice to have: OpenAI APIs, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, scraping/enrichment tools, recruiting or job board products This is a hands-on role on a live early-stage product with real users.
