AOPA (Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association) is hiring an Engineering Leader to lead a team of 6–10 engineers and various consultants working on AOPA’s core digital platforms. The role supports AOPA’s nonprofit mission for general aviation through safety programs, training, advocacy, and digital platforms used by hundreds of thousands of members. Looking for a former senior engineer turned engineering leader with strong people leadership, solid technical judgment, and clear communication aligned with business outcomes.
