Building a DevOps team at a capital-markets technology company handling very high volume (300B+ messages/day) with 99.99% uptime. Role focuses on systems support, tooling, and building a custom observability platform in Python for mostly on-prem, Linux, purpose-built hardware. Capital markets / FIX experience is a plus. Small global, fully asynchronous technical team. Mainly hiring in US and EMEA (people clustered in Belfast and North Macedonia), with APAC coverage.
