We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Professional to accurately input and maintain data in our systems. The ideal candidate will have fast typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information. Roles include inputting data accurately, verifying data, maintaining and updating databases/records, correcting discrepancies, organizing and securely storing documents, generating reports, assisting with data analysis/reporting, maintaining confidentiality, collaborating with team members for data consistency, and performing regular backups. Requirements include proven experience in a similar role, excellent typing speed and accuracy, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), familiarity with data entry software/databases, good organizational/time management skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
