Stellar is building an AI voice agent platform for customer support and is hiring founding software engineers to scale the platform globally. Responsibilities include building performant APIs and backend services in Go and TypeScript (Node.js), developing frontend in React/TypeScript and Next.js, designing scalable fault-tolerant architecture for real-time audio conversations, working on the AI agent framework, ensuring security/compliance/resilience/data privacy, integrating with external systems, and helping shape early engineering culture. Role is based in Amsterdam (~4 days in-office per week). No visa sponsorship.
