Description
Vanta (headquarters: remote U.S.) is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior AI Platform Designer to enhance and expand Agentic experiences for the Vanta platform. The role focuses on creating and maintaining high-quality AI patterns, partnering with product teams to improve workflows, helping define a playbook for iterative experimentation with engineering, and enabling Vanta’s EPD organization. Requirements include familiarity with AI tooling, healthy skepticism and a critical lens on AI tooling, 6+ years of product design experience, strong portfolio in design systems/UI-UX/system thinking and high visual craftsmanship, excellent problem-solving and attention to detail, strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a remote-first environment.
