Responsibilities
- Design and build EHR integrations across customer EHR platforms via API (FHIR, HL7) or RPA/computer vision based integrations.
- Work directly with medical billing teams to automate workflows and roll out deployments.
- Join discovery calls, onboarding sessions, technical troubleshooting, rollout and go live discussions.
- Design, build, and expand core task pipeline and data infrastructure platform.
- Work with healthcare billing data (837, 835, 270/271), HL7 and FHIR data.
- Build automation of workflows and integration with 3rd party APIs.
- Build reporting and dashboards mainly customer/internal.
- Hands-on Playwright experience in production environments.
- Deep familiarity with Teams and Microsoft based cloud and on prem software.
- Hands-on AWS experience in practical administration of production cloud deployments.
- Troubleshoot and work independently; configure, monitor and manage application or service.
Requirements
- RCM experience for these roles is a MUST.
- Forward Deployment Engineer: EHR integration experience.
- Platform Engineer: data engineering and/or infrastructure engineering with some DevOps experience and solid understanding of RCM processes.
- Full Stack Web Developer: hands-on Playwright experience in production environments; familiarity with clearinghouses (Change Healthcare, Availity, Waystar, or similar) and insurance payer portals.
- IT Specialist: deep familiarity with Teams and Microsoft based cloud and on prem software; hands-on AWS experience in practical administration of production cloud deployments.

We're a healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) technology company looking for our first set of full hires to help us build out our technology pipeline. RCM experience for these roles is a MUST. Roles: - Forward Deployment Engineer (EHR Integrations): Design and build EHR integrations across customer EHR platforms (e.g. Epic, Athena, ModMed, eClinicalWorks) via API (FHIR, HL7) or RPA/computer vision based integrations. Work with medical billing teams to automate workflows and roll out deployments. Join discovery calls, onboarding sessions, technical troubleshooting, rollout and go live discussions. - Platform Engineer: Design, build, and expand core task pipeline and data infrastructure platform. Work with healthcare billing data (837, 835, 270/271), HL7 and FHIR data. AWS based cloud infra heavy leveraging Python based Lambdas. Some DevOps experience and solid understanding of RCM processes. - Full Stack Web Developer: Automation of workflows and integration with 3rd party APIs.
