Pango is building an Agentic Operating System for e-commerce logistics and is forming its core team in Stockholm. The company has achieved product-market fit and is based at the SSE Business Lab. The role is for a Full-stack Software Engineer working on a B2B SaaS platform. Candidates should be comfortable maintaining, expanding, and operating the entire platform with strong ownership, and willing to take on a wide range of tasks that would be split across many roles at larger companies. The team values engineers unafraid of new technologies (e.g., building a desktop app with Electron.js or researching and training models to predict delivery times). E-commerce platform experience (Shopify, Magento, shipping carrier integrations) is a plus. The role offers the opportunity to shape product and company direction.
