Hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer to design and deliver core product experiences for a Laboratory Information Management System. Work across frontend and backend (TypeScript, Next.js on frontend; NestJS on backend) on customer-facing workflows, APIs, data models, FHIR pipelines, testing strategy, observability, performance, and engineering excellence. Must be able to ship ambiguous projects end-to-end and help ensure FHIR correctness with Medplum integrations.
