Hiring two roles: Founding AI Engineer (build internal tooling, prototype MVPs for new ventures, and partner with portfolio companies on applied AI) and New Venture Lead (operate like a founder to source venture ideas, run validation loops with real users, kill weak ideas quickly, and write CEO-ready memos).
