Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor development team while fostering collaboration. Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack applications. Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices. Identify risks, strategize solutions, and communicate effectively. Required Skills: Expertise in full-stack development (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, or similar). Strong database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL) and proficiency in Git. Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud). Proven leadership and project ownership skills.
