Founding engineer role for an R&D project to design and build a production-grade automated investment analysis system from scratch within a qualitative/Buffett-like framework. Responsibilities include architecture, infrastructure, agent orchestration, evaluation framework, and all software engineering for a small initial team (~3 people). Must be experienced with LLMs and multi-agent systems, understand failure modes, evaluation, and context management, and be comfortable setting up cloud infrastructure and building production-grade data/ML/AI systems. Start ASAP. Project duration evaluated at 12 months; paid in full regardless of project outcome.
