Description
HR Generalist role at BRAVAS. Strategic and hands-on leader overseeing core HR functions, driving culture and engagement initiatives, managing employee performance and relations, ensuring compliance, coaching managers and guiding employees. Responsibilities include HR strategy aligned with business goals, employee relations and engagement, compliance with federal and state regulations, career paths and performance tracking, training and engagement initiatives, coaching managers, partnering with the People Team on company-wide HR projects, assisting with payroll and benefits compliance, and supporting recruiting and onboarding. Requirements: 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role, strong HR best practices and employment law/compliance knowledge, ability to manage recruiting/employee relations/HR operations, and strong interpersonal/communication/coaching skills. Experience with HRIS systems (Paycor or similar). Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and remote work.
