MintMCP helps enterprises safely roll out agents to the entire organization with governance around MCP tools and agents (e.g., Claude Code / Codex / Cowork). They are building an MCP gateway with abstractions for 1) preventing agents from doing unintentionally bad things without making them useless, and 2) enabling adoption across teams and organizations with minimal friction. Small team of humans operating on infrastructure they build for enterprises. Looking for agent-forward engineers and GTM folks to address scaling problems, maintain high security standards, and make agents and MCPs usable and useful.
