Founder-led startup building Flutter-related SaaS used by thousands of businesses. Seeking a full-time engineer to take primary responsibility for C++ code (Dart & Flutter forks, custom runtime, compiler) and evolve it further. Work includes adding obfuscation, improving the interpreter, possibly re-writing method dispatch, and contributing across many areas of code. Must be comfortable working on large open source projects, be proficient in C++, work well independently on a small senior remote team, and be eager to learn. Contributions to projects like WebKit, Godot, Firefox or similar are a plus. Company is on track to profitability early 2026 and operates publicly (Discord).
