Clio is the market leader in legaltech products and we recently raised a Series F round of 1.4B CAD to a valuation of 4B CAD, marking the largest Canadian tech funding in history. We also intend to acquire AI legal research tech company vLex (Vincent AI) to build a data moat. Some stats: 300MM+ ARR with 90% retention and 30% growth YoY, no debts, fortunate to have never done any layoffs. 1500+ staff before acquiring vLex, 500+ engineers, 55 eng teams.
