They are hiring a PM-minded engineer for messy domains who can understand workflows across stakeholders (insurance adjusters, franchisees, senior estimators), translate the workflow into a single screen technicians want to use, and own the full loop from stakeholder interview to spec doc, spreadsheet model, prototype, and production.
