Jurisphere is building an enterprise-grade Legal AI platform used by top law firms in India and the US. We are building product and systems infrastructure around legal workflows, document intelligence, review systems, and AI-powered execution. Engineers work on dense, high-utility interfaces, long-running async workflows, large document pipelines, and enterprise-grade reliability. We are hiring engineers who care about product quality, code quality, and building systems that remain fast, maintainable, and predictable as the company scales. Roles currently available: Senior Frontend Engineer (frontend-heavy, workflow builders, document viewers, async UI, performance), Senior Backend Engineer (backend-heavy, workflow orchestration, AI/document pipelines, APIs, reliability, observability, cost/scale tradeoffs), and Founding Design Engineer (product design expert who can also code in React, build and maintain components/UI). Work from Bangalore in a hybrid setup. Compensation is competitive and includes meaningful ESOPs.
