The company is moving from agent workflows toward organizing humans together with AI coworkers into cross-cutting workflows, aiming to change how organizations are run and structured. Hiring two roles: - Product Engineer: Software engineering wisdom not yet encoded in an LLM; product sense; ability to think several steps ahead in the market. - Founding GTM Lead: Create go-to-market strategy in a category without a playbook; rapidly adapt as the landscape changes; architect strategy and execute to grow fast.
