The Compute Pipelines team processes population-scale genetic data powering features like Ancestry Composition, DNA Relatives, and health risk prediction. Responsibilities/requirements include deep hands-on Python for pipelines, services, and libraries; infrastructure as code (Terraform on AWS, Docker); experience debugging distributed systems at scale; and 4+ years industry experience (BS CS or equivalent). Small high-trust team with real ownership; computational biology and population genetics scientists embedded on the team.
