Two U.S.-based contract roles for a real-time fantasy soccer platform launching June 10th with the World Cup. Role 1: Score Engine Engineer — adapt an open source scoring engine to custom rules and integrate with live data feed. Flat-fee contract ($3,000–$4,500) paid in two tranches, front-loaded work mostly in first 30 days, U.S.-based with a legal entity to receive 1099. Requirements: comfortable working in existing open source codebase, Node.js background, understands event-driven architecture, enough soccer knowledge to sanity-check scoring logic.
