Boutique commercial real estate advisory in NYC hiring one senior full-stack engineer to advance two production web applications (a CRE search platform and a property management platform with QuickBooks integration). Both apps are live with real users. You will work directly with the founder (no managers/PMs), 35–40 hrs/week, minimum 6-month exclusive contract. Tech stack: Next.js 14, TypeScript, Supabase/Postgres, Prisma, Anthropic Claude API, Mapbox, Vercel, Contabo. Requirements: 5+ years full-stack experience, 3+ shipped production web apps, strong Next.js/React + TypeScript, at least one production LLM integration (Claude preferred, OpenAI acceptable), 2+ hours daily overlap with NYC, available for a 30-minute video check-in every weekday at 9:30am ET. Non-negotiables: you personally write 100% of the code (no subcontracting), video on for all calls, personal verified GitHub, Hubstaff time tracking, ID check and one prior-client video reference before signing.
