PartsCloud connects industrial machine manufacturers with a global network of specialized logistics service providers and enables spare parts to be sent to customers worldwide within hours. This is a game changer for German industrial SMEs that got stuck with their after-sales business in the last century. In your role as a Data Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining our core data platform. You will bring and apply your previous knowledge of data systems and take part in architecture decisions. You will work together with the Product and Operations teams on developing our product offering as well as on daily operations. - Experienced software/data engineer with 5+ years of developing software professionally - Strong skills building data pipelines and scalable systems - Devops knowledge: containers, infrastructure as code, log management, monitoring - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) - Experience building web applications - Comfortable writing Python (Pandas), SQL - Able to work independently as part of a small tech team - Experimental attitude, with a launch fast and iterate mentality - You are fluent in English, German is a plus - Previous experience with maintaining production systems, data integration, logistics/ecommerce, ERP systems is a plus Please mention you're coming from HN.
