Join builds collaboration software for the construction industry. Staff Software Engineer role with frontend-heavy, fullstack, and backend-heavy profiles. Especially looking for 1–2 architect-level frontend engineers (React, TypeScript, state management, performance) to own UI quality and level up the team, but also interested in strong Go/Postgres or infra/ops backgrounds. Day-to-day: write code (25–75%), review PRs (25–50%), and pair/mentor/document (10–20%). Acts as technical lead, breaks down large efforts, and influences architectural decisions across the org. Small cross-functional teams with a designer, PM, and EM.
