Description

XSELL Technologies is building an Agentic Voice platform for healthcare combining ASR/TTS, LLMs, and deterministic orchestration. Roles: Senior Software Engineer focused on scalable backend systems, APIs, distributed services, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD, and observability; Senior Machine Learning Engineer focused on NLP/speech models, real-time inference, and production ML (PyTorch/TensorFlow). Responsibilities include designing and shipping high-performance services, owning architecture decisions, building/deploying ML models, and collaborating with Product/AI.
