MaxMine is a technology scale-up pushing the limits of data analytics to optimise our client’s operations. We build technology for open pit mining operations in an empathetic and human centered approach to incentivise positive behaviour change. We believe that all operations have significant scope for improvements from the collection and intelligent analysis of data, through the application of Industrial Internet of Things technologies and the right people engagement. We have recently raised a series A, since running bootstrapped since 2015 (with strong revenue growth). Our current engineering team is 15 engineers working across embedded, cloud processing and web development stacks. Our tech includes AWS, terraform, python, EKS, Postgres, Golang, React.js, snowflake and dbt and we are building out a streaming platform based on kinesis, spark on EMR. Our edge stack includes buildroot embedded linux, FreeRTOS and electron. Currently open roles in our technology team: Lead UX / UI designer, Senior Engineer - Streaming analytics and web stack, IoT Platform Lead Engineering - Edge processing stack development, Senior Data Analyst / Engineer - Analytics team.
