Jurisphere builds an enterprise Legal AI platform used by top law firms in India and the US. Hiring the first SRE / Platform Engineer to own production reliability and act as the infrastructure point-of-contact for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include owning reliability, SLOs, on-call and incident response; managing Kubernetes (multi-cloud and on-prem), GitOps and CI/CD; observability, disaster recovery (RPO/RTO), security and compliance; and handling client-facing security & compliance discussions (IT checklists, audits). Not a YAML-only role — you'll debug real systems and work on backend code as needed.
