Small, fast teams with AI-augmented development; prototype aggressively, put working software in front of stakeholders early, and iterate. Looking for engineers who drive agents on real codebases, maintain quality when AI is doing the typing, and know when to discard output. Stack: PHP (backend), React + TypeScript (frontend), MySQL, RESTful APIs, AWS. Senior role: product-minded systems-thinking engineers; lead 1–2 engineers while taking substantial features from concept to production, mentor others. Mid-level role (senior-track): ship real features with mentorship; go deep on architecture/design/problem understanding. Both roles: use AI as a real tool with evidence; push tools until they fail, value quality software that is easy to change and clear writing, and stay curious about customers.
