MiXCR is a standard for immune analysis used in thousands of papers. Platforma provides interoperable bioinformatics blocks for biologic discovery used by top pharma companies. The role is for a Senior Software Engineer to help build discovery pipelines (raw sequences to pre-IND leads), an SDK for scientific computation (TypeScript, Tengo workflow DSL, Rust), and a data layer unifying thousands of formats using PFrames, Parquet, DataFusion, and lazy columnar processing. Looking for strong TypeScript skills in large monorepos (pnpm, Turbo), ability to work with niche DSLs and sparse docs, and exposure or willingness to learn bioinformatics (including VDJ recombination).
