Marker Learning is building an AI-enhanced assessment platform that helps identify learning differences faster, cheaper, and more equitable, especially for multilingual students. The role is for a hands-on founding full-stack engineer to help build and scale the platform, including adaptive testing infrastructure, AI-powered scoring and data pipelines, and systems that maintain clinical rigor at scale. High autonomy with lightweight process in a fast-paced environment. You will work directly with psychometrics, product, and data science; engineering decisions will define the platform for years. Series B company backed by Reach Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, and Primary, running a multi-million-dollar longitudinal study spanning K–12 and developing the psychometric engine behind it.
