Description
SalesJack is a sales software platform (CRM, prospecting) serving independent businesses in the construction supply industry. This hybrid role (Hamilton/GTA, Canada) is responsible for leading data pipelines development and operating ETLs from sources like client ERPs and municipality open data to power CRM features. Responsibilities include enabling pipeline scalability as customers and data sources grow; setting up visibility, monitoring and alerting for ETL processes; enabling AI-led transformations at the right pipeline stages; and leading R&D for AI tooling to reduce manual work. The company prefers candidates with a focus on reliability and cost-efficient compute, and who enjoy experimenting with data, AI, and large language models.
