Compensation

For US roles: $230~240k USD + up to 20% bonus; Atlanta roles: $145~170k USD + up to 10% bonus; additional roles: $160~180k USD + up to 10% bonus, $160~170k USD + up to 10% bonus, $135~145k USD + up to 10% bonus, Sales Engineer $90~140k USD; Bogotá role: $80~89k USD + up to 10% bonus. Additional benefits include regular raises & bonuses, equity, health insurance, 401k matching (Vanguard), annual learning stipend, unlimited PTO, parental leave, and ~5-week sabbatical after 5 years; about 4-5 weeks vacation plus ~3 weeks of company holidays in the US.
