Description
RightWork automates labor scheduling for the service industry, helping businesses optimize their workforce while accommodating employee preferences. Our software application and algorithm calculate staffing needs and generate schedules based on forecasted demand, employee availability, and preferences. RightWork is bootstrapped and growing fast. We are looking for a founding engineer to help us continue to build out and scale the application as we add more customers. An ideal candidate would have solid experience with modern tech stacks (our stack is Python/Django, React, Tailwind, Postgres) and preferably some data science skills as well.
