Role: Senior Backend Engineer based in Hyderabad / Shillong, India. Full-time. Requirements: 5+ years building and deploying scalable backend systems; experience with 0→1 product work and solving complex engineering problems; familiarity with big data, distributed systems, and AI-driven tooling; ability to balance pragmatism and technical rigor; desire for ownership, autonomy, and real customer impact.
