Our team is looking for talented and motivated engineers to work on our experimentation platform. You'll build the tools and infrastructure for data scientists and engineers to analyze AB tests that drive major decisions at Netflix. We are a small team which means you can have a ton of impact and bring in your own ideas. We iterate quickly and our work spans a wide variety of tech stacks and users. If you're interested in wearing many hats and challenging the status quo on how experimentation is done, this is the opportunity for you!
