38Degrees is a multi-issue political campaigning organisation. As you might imagine, it's an interesting time to work in politics in the UK! We're looking to hire a couple more people in the mid-to-senior range, (currently we have 5 full-time developers, plus some work farmed out to contractors and agencies). We offer a choice of two office locations (London and Edinburgh). Occasional working from home is OK and commonplace, but everyone is mostly office based. We're trying to make our recruitment process as fair and unbiased as possible, meaning that applications through the link above will be shortlisted 'blind' (i.e. the person who decides whether to interview you won't see your name, age, gender, etc - just your answers to the six questions at the end of the form).
