Jobvite empowers talent acquisition leaders to better understand recruitment data and improve recruiting results as they engage, hire, and grow diverse talent. I am looking for senior Rails devs to join my team building the software that powers our career sites and job application products. The tech stack is primarily Rails (and one tiny but critical piece in Go). Local dev is Docker Desktop/Kubernetes. Lots of room to improve architecture and scale the software better.
