We’re building AI-powered tools for artist discovery, helping music professionals find emerging artists that fit their taste and vision. Looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer/Data Scientist to take ownership across backend, data, and product features, working closely with the founders. Responsibilities include: build and maintain backend services and APIs (Python, PostgreSQL); work on data pipelines and recommendation logic that power artist discovery; contribute to ML-supported features (model integration, iteration, production use); collaborate on user-facing features with a Flutter frontend; improve system architecture, performance, and reliability as we scale; take real ownership of technical decisions as part of the core team.
