Navio is a seed-stage company building software tools that help cancer patients and their doctors navigate to a better standard of care. Navio’s software helps patients understand their treatment, track their progress and response, and provides a streamlined treatment calendar, allowing them to feel less overwhelmed and more in control. For physicians, Navio helps improve patient understanding of and compliance with their treatment plan. With visibility into the complete patient journey, Navio will provide researchers access to a unique dataset for finding novel relationships that will lead to better care for all. Navio’s development team is remote-first with foci in Portland and the Bay. We use modern tools like React, Kotlin, Typescript, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Terraform, etc deployed on containerized and serverless platforms. We’re unencumbered by legacy code and are writing our systems from the ground up the right way. We’re looking for a devops lead to own our deployment and infrastructure and for senior software engineers to help develop the backend of our green-field, event-based system.
