AveryIQ is a completely vertical, all-in-one agentic property management firm. They are building their own software that can answer tenant questions, do payments and accounting, and handle repairs. They run operations for many multifamily rentals around Texas and are scaling nationwide. They have a strong engineering/builder culture and are YC-backed (W'24). Prefer Austin in-person, but open to extremely talented remote folks in timezones adjacent to CST.
